Job Description

:

1. Delivery Order Processing



Issue D

elivery Orders (DO)

for

33 locations

(19 franchise stores and 14 direct stores). Verify

order quantities

based on usage and requirements. Accurately

input DO

details into the system.

2. Order & Inventory Coordination



Process

ingredient orders

from

outlets

and

liaise

with

the warehouse

for fulfilment

Monitor stock

levels and ensure

timely replenishment

based on store demand. Coordinate with the warehouse team to track

order status

and

deliveries

.

3. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain

accurate records

of

orders

and

stock movements.

Assist in

preparing reports

on

inventory levels

and

order tracking

. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies.

4. Communication & Support



Work closely with

outlets leaders

to

assess

and

fulfill inventory

needs. Provide

updates

to

outlets

on

order statuses

and any adjustments required. Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:

Diploma in

Business Administration

,

Logistics

, or any other related field.

Fresh graduates

/

Interns

are encouraged to apply for this position. Strong

attention to detail

and

accuracy

in data entry. Good

organizational

and

time management

skills. Ability to

work efficiently

in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of

Inventory Management

and

Order processing

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word) and

Procurement Systems

is an advantage. Candidates with

short notice

is preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
