We serve a global clientele, including organizations from the Americas, Asia, and Europe. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Clerk at our production facility in Kulim. The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for creating and processing purchase orders, overseeing purchasing processes, procurement, and communication with vendors regarding product availability, price, and delivery schedules. The Purchasing Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records and reconciling invoices. Qualifications Experience in purchasing processes and procurement, including creating and processing purchase orders Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal staff Attention to detail in maintaining accurate purchasing records and reconciling invoices Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is an advantage
