At least 1 - 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in development and construction industry.
Independent and able to handle tight dateline
Good team spirit and able to work under pressure.
Working knowledge of PC and computerized accounting system.
Able to write and converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Tanggungjawab
To support the Procurement Department\'s daily activities-Liase with site Personnel and handle requisition and issue Purchase Order to suppliers
Follow up with suppliers on quotation, order status and delivery
Assist in any assigned duties to source suppliers, price negotiation, etc
Responsible to goods/ services received are correct and with the right quality as per order
Check against supplier delivery order with purchase order and ensure that all delivery order are sent to account for process invoice or closing on time
Provide administrative support to other members within the department- Perform other related duties assigned by superior from time to time within the stipulated dateline
