Job Description


  • At least Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies, Economics, supply chain management or a related field.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Word.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Self-motivation, independent and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Negotiate & research potential vendors
  • Maintain stock levels and update purchasing record
  • Evaluate suppliers
  • Create purchasing strategies
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Prepared cost comparison of material pricing
  • Issue Purchase Order, submit to vendors and coordinator and coordinate until arrival of goods into the warehouse
  • Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget.
