Responsibilities To review PR & prepare purchase orders for approval. To perform data entry in SAP system for PO generation. To liaise with supliers for prices negotiation and information clarification. To ensure the supplier goods delivery are on time to prevent interruption of business operations. To liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations of purchasing activties. To liaise with Logistics and Finance for goods received and process for payment. To do filing and ensure history record are easy to retrieve. To submit necessary report/data for superior review or departmental report compilation. To perform other tasks as assigned by superior. Safety and Environment Responsibilities Knowledge on basic safety & environment issue Aware the importance of conformance to safety, environment policy & procedures and to the requirements of the safety & environment management system Follow safety & environment rules & regulations Comply with all applicable environment legal & other requirements Report any accident and incident cases that occurred Save energy and natural resource consumption Follow ERP strictly during emergency Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) Responsibility Qualifications Minimum SPM qualification. At least 1 years working experience in purchasing activities. Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge in SAP system and computer literate. Other note
