Job Description

Responsibilities: - Sourcing, negotiation and procure materials for projects requirements - Reviewing/studying materials spec compliance to meet project requirement - Prepare Purchase Order - Supervising Purchasing Assistant - Follow up and coordinate with Suppliers / Subcontractor - Updating and maintaining Suppliers / Subcontractor Fact Sheet - Assessment and Evaluation of Suppliers / Subcontractors - Updating and maintaining List of approved Suppliers / subcontractors - Materials requirement coordination and monitoring materials delivery schedule - Updates PO Transaction, generating Purchasing report - Any task assigned / delegated by Department Head - Maintaining and Updating IMS documents Qualification: - Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification - Minimum Two (2) years or more relevant working experience - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Good management skill, result oriented, hardworking, able to communicate well with suppliers and subcontractors - Good Self-initiative to learn as internal & external training will be provided so as on job - Strong negotiation skill, resourceful and good general knowledges - Can work long hours - Able to communicate in English - Working in the construction industry
