Job Description
Source supplier based on purchase requisition(PR). Follow up with vendor for vendor master form Request several quotation and continue negotiation Prepare Purchase Approval for price comparison Select the best vendor and prepare Purchase Order(PO) / Contract Submit PR , PA and PO/Contract for management approval Proceed to place order and confirm the delivery date. Follow up the delivery Check the quantity and quality during delivery Prepare Payment Instruction(PI) after delivery and submit to Finance Follow up the Payment Advice and pass to vendor
