1.To assist on documentation scanning & filing. 2.To assist on compiling invoice & DO for Account department. 3.To process and remark PO with GRN. 4.To be responsible in updating daily late delivery into ISO file. 5.To assist in comparing Maintenance quotation. 6.To be responsible in following up machines / forklift supplier after receiving maintenance form. 8To follow up on delivery. 7.To be responsible in issuing "Admin" PO 8.To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time. 9.Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO 9001 / EN ISO 13485.
