\xe2\x80\xa2 Track orders and ensure timely delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Review quality of purchased products \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses \xe2\x80\xa2 Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
