Purchasing Clerk (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
- Candidate must prosses at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent in related filelds.
- Required Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with China suppliers.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong negotiable and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skill
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Liaise with supplier for quotation
- Open PR for material purchase
- Liaise with supplier for delivery issues
- Issued PO for purchase and send to supplier
- Follow up PO/OTD from supplier to ensure no delay for material delivery
- To check incoming invoice for SST and ensure tally with system price
- Find new Suppliers or materials suppliers
- Maintain and update inventory records and adjust inventory levels in a timely manner
- Assist in resolving issues and exceptions during the procurement process
