Participate in vendor sourcing, selection and evaluation, and continuously seek opportunities to optimise the supply chain;
Source, research, identify potential local & oversea suppliers/ contractors;
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery;
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production & R&D team to ensure availability of materials and minimise disruptions;
Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation;
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations;
To plan the purchases strictly according to timeline & approved budget.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
1-3 years procurement experience OR strong background in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed purchasing decisions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and experience with procurement software.
Prefer Mandarin and Cantonese speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
