- Sourcing vendors, negotiating price, preparing documents
- To ensure the warehouse properly maintained in good orders, clean and safe
- To arrange delivery of parts and materials as per stock requisition to production on time.
- To ensure goods / materials / tools movements are properly recorded in Incoming, outgoing logbook and in computer system.
- To confer with driver to ensure delivery of goods in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
- To do periodical stock count and physical monthly stock check.
- To ensure all materials handling equipment are properly handled and maintained.
- Issue purchase order to supplier and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered and price are correct.
- Assist to prepare service report to customers.
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and follow up on pending matters & business support functions.
- Implementing and maintaining systematic procedures/administrative systems.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Required skill(s): MS Office & SQL system.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
- Always has sense of urgency to meet deadline.
