Working Hours: 5.5 days alternate Saturday
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin & Inbound Documentation Executive
to support our Sales Team and ensure smooth order, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Team with quotations, order processing, and sales reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Update customers and sales team on order & shipment status.
Maintain inventory records and prepare shipping documents.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Min 2 years' experience in sales admin or logistics coordination.
Experience in logistic or forwarding industry is added value.
Proficient in MS Office; SQL/CRM/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
