Job Description
What You'll Do:
Plan, source, and purchase
materials daily to ensure supply meetsquality, cost, and timeline
requirements.Monitor supplier performance
and delivery schedules, ensuring all purchases comply with agreedspecifications, pricing, and quality standards
.Analyse market trends
, obtaincompetitive quotations
, and drivecost optimisation initiatives
. Ensure all procurement activities adhere tolegal, ISO, and company policies
.Collaborate with the Finance team
to align procurement plans with budget and payment schedules.Respond promptly
to urgent material needs from the production team andcoordinate effectively
with internal departments. Handlebasic import and export documentation
and procedures when required.What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree holder.
At least 4-6 years
of relevant procurement / purchasing experience. Strong in multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Mandarin speaker (for communication with China-based management). Willing to work inPasir Gudang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
