Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Purchasing Manager in establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure efficient and smooth procurement operations. Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Support the organization and analysis of procurement data; assist in preparing regular procurement and cost reports. Participate in drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and warehouse) to ensure material accuracy and timely updates. Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field;
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in automated materials purchasing or procurement processes in Malaysia is an advantage.
Good command ofEnglish and Chinese (Mandarin)
for communication with suppliers and regional teams. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especiallyExcel and Word
. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks under moderate pressure. Keen interest in developing a career in procurement or supply chain management.Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
