Requirements

• Good knowledge of procurement processes and cost control.

• Ability to source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers.

• Familiar with inventory management and delivery schedules.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and purchasing systems (Autocount is an advantage).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, goods, and services at competitive prices.

• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.

• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams.

• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock.

• Handle supplier issues and support cost-saving initiatives.
