Job Description

Handle daily supply chain operations including purchasing, planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Monitor material flow to ensure adequate stock levels and on-time delivery. Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and review purchase orders, shipping documents, and related reports. Track and resolve issues related to delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, or quality concerns. Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency. Maintain accurate records in ERP or relevant systems. Ensure all processes comply with company policies and import/export regulations.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement. Good understanding of import/export documentation and inventory control. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
