We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support our expanding civil construction and property development business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's development projects and services.
This position requires a motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills, technical understanding of construction or property development, and the ability to deliver effective sales strategies in a competitive market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and sell the company's construction, property development, and related project offerings to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the civil construction and building development sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to ensure long-term business growth.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments (Project, Tender, and Marketing teams) to ensure alignment between client needs and project capabilities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects to support strategic decision-making.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business objectives.
Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and project launches to promote the company's brand and project portfolio.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant industry regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or superior in support of business development goals.
QUALIFICATION
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering,
Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales within the construction, property development, or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and tendering processes in the construction sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Ability to travel between project sites and branch offices (Johor Bahru).
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
