We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at the Johor Bahru branch
Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a proven track record, is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM qualification or any certificate.
• Fresh graduates from any certificate program are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Basic calculation skills to assist with product measurements and pricing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
• Knowledge of tiles and mosaics is an advantage, but not necessary (training provided)

Training & Accommodation:

• Training will be conducted at HQ (Kajang) for a Few months

Tanggungjawab

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional.
• Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Promote and upsell products to generate sales.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as answering calls and filling.
• Follow store SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g. logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth order operations.
• Work closely with the HQ marketing team to support marketing material and promotional campaigns.
• Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager as required.
