Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase material or services from potential suppliers (local & overseas) \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and schedule material demands, perform inventory stocking & stock count activities and Monitoring stock levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Worked closely with warehouse team to make sure that accurate stock quantity levels were always maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure sufficient raw materials to meets the production need and liaise with supplier for raw material supply. \xe2\x80\xa2 To review, control and monitor stock inventory in order to avoid zero stock and excess stock situation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform inventory or stock count monthly or as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare monthly report such as item purchase report, monthly top items usage report, expired /write off report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update supplier\xe2\x80\x99s DO into the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report / update any issue relating to food products to Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out reasonable assigned duties from time to time by management. Job Requirements/ Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food studies or its equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably at least 2 year working experience in the F&B or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with suppliers) \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with SQL software \xe2\x80\xa2 Good negotiation skills and ability to communicate well with others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s) to write, speak & read: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
