Job Description

Responsibility & Accountability:



1) Provide to supplier for Purchase Order, Schedule or Forecast for next supplier action

2) Feedback supplier enquiry.

3) On the stock control each month

4) Obtain Purchase Order and email to supplier and get acknowledgement from supplier

5) Review supplier performance and evaluate

6) Source for new supplier.

7) Correspond related on custom issue.

8) Update new registered for new supplier or new parts on system.

9) Prepared monthly report for MRP and other relevant report for superior to review.

Competency Requirement



1) Education and Experience:

Diploma or Degree or any other related field. Junior Executive specializing in Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent.
2) Skills:

Verbal and written communications skills Self-motivated, honest and possess leadership qualities and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
