Handle all aspects of the purchasing function in accordance with company procedures.
Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers or principals to ensure timely delivery.
Manage local and overseas purchase enquiries.
Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, quality, and service.
Maintain supplier relationships and monitor inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates (for Assistant) or 2-3 years of purchasing experience (for Executive).
Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
