Responsibilities :

Need to dealing with suppliers from China
To be involved in procurement cycle such as purchase requisition, purchase order & delivery order
To document & control daily purchase records & data entry
Liaise with suppliers and staffs from branches and warehouses in the purchasing processes.
To follow up with suppliers on any issue pertaining to quality and new purchase;
Ensure supplier consistently deliver on time with high quality of goods / services
Manage the sourcing of new supply bases for competitive pricing, quality and reliable products
Undertake other special assignments assigned by Management

Requirement:

Experience in purchasing would be an advantage.
Preferably someone with minimum 2 years working experience in Purchasing/Procurement in furniture Industry or related industry
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft applications and good communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
Mandarin (spoken and written)
