s Plan, buy, source and expedite materials, commodities from approved vendor lists, both locally and overseas. Responsible for on-time delivery of materials from suppliers Ensure specified and quality requirements are met. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers. Execute cost-reduction initiatives. Achieve given objectives such as inventory management, cost reduction, materials availability and quality management. Ensure price competitiveness in quotations. Other duties as required. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain/ Engineering/ Business Required skill(s): MS Office, MRP. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experienced in leading a team. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Must be willing to work from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam 1 full-time position available.
