Job Responsibilities: 1\xe3\x80\x81Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan 2\xe3\x80\x81Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department\xe2\x80\x99s standard operating procedures 3\xe3\x80\x81Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives 4\xe3\x80\x81Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information 5\xe3\x80\x81Manage and review suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 performance based on quality, delivery 6\xe3\x80\x81Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services. 7\xe3\x80\x81Draw up contracts and ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in contract 8\xe3\x80\x81Stock check with relevant departments when necessary 9\xe3\x80\x81Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary. Requirement: 1\xe3\x80\x81With a minimum education level of Diploma/Degree in Logistic, Finance/Economy/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent. 2\xe3\x80\x81Solid work experience in purchasing field is required for this position. Familiar in foreign trade, custom documentations, import & export procedures would be a STRONG advantage. 3\xe3\x80\x81Required Skill(s): Cost control and negotiation skill, Ms Office, well-versed in internet sourcing and multi-lingual communication. 4\xe3\x80\x81Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 5\xe3\x80\x81Proficient in CHI, ENG, BM 6\xe3\x80\x81Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines. 7\xe3\x80\x81Able to work overtime when needed. 8\xe3\x80\x81Good teamwork and communication skills. 9\xe3\x80\x81Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah.
