Job Responsibilities

• To assist Head of Department in ensuring & maintaining the overall Quality System in Purchasing & Shipping Department.
• Coordinate and support logistic activities for onshore and offshore shipments from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries (Import/export).
• Process, monitor and expedite customer orders and shipments.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• To conduct routine supplier and product review and evaluation.
• To monitor the quantity and quality of goods and co-ordinate delivery to ensure that all items are delivered as per schedule.
• Ensure the sufficiency of inventory stock.
• To support the Purchasing Department\xe2\x80\x99s daily activities, general office files and record keeping.
• Prepare stock analysis, create documents and reports.
• Provide administrative support to other team members from various departments such as Production, Sales and QC.
• To perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Post-Graduate Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Ability to analyses data and problem solving.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably specializing in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material & Shipping Management or equivalent.
