Job Description


Responsibility
1.To attend any administration task given by Reporting Manager
2.Perform items or suppliers sourcing. Build alliance with key suppliers for effective cost and purchasing strategies.
3.Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities that could generate more cost saving for the company.
4.Coordinate with between department on purchase requisition, items delivery, receiving and storage.
5.Close monitor on delivery schedule and ensure items on time delivery.
6.Ensure the purchased item quality and coordinate with supplier on any goods rejection and return.
7.Perform necessary system entry and updates for related procurement and delivery transactions.
8.To alias with Account Department on processing invoices for billing purpose.
9.Participate in stock arrangement and monthly stock take.
10.Maintain of information records and document filing.
11.To assist and carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior
