Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring on construction material. 2. To ensure all the purchases in right source, quality, quantity, delivery and price. 3. Analyzes material market dynamics/trends and price environment in order to manage price risk in accordance with company policies. 4. Maintain and possess good communication with vendor and continuous improvement for the vendor management. 5. Supplier performance monitoring- ensuring on time delivery (OTD). 6. Support inventory management in order to ensure a high delivery capacity with a minimum of inventory. 7. Performance supplier audit and on-site survey with department head. 8. Deal with suppliers on any quality issues, products replacement, products sample request. 9. Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records. 10. Any other duties assigned by superior. Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree,/Professional Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or equivalent. 2. Required Language(s) : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3. At least 2-3 year of working experience in the construction sourcing is required. 4. Candidate must possess strong and good communication skill (both written and verbal), work independent 5. Knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage.
