Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To handle for procurement job including sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, purchase order confirmation, delivery arrangement and goods received.
  • To ensure that the purchased of raw material / packaging material met company specification with reasonable pricing.
  • Able to source new potential supplier and manage good relationship with existing supplier.
  • Able to negotiate and evaluate for material price, term & condition is competitive to company needs.
  • Liaise with supplier on delivery arrangement including local delivery and import shipment.
  • Keep a track of orders and make sure deliveries are being made on time.
  • To request sample for testing and artwork confirmation to supplier if necessary.
  • To preparing report, maintaining records / documents and make sure they are up-to date.

Requirement:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing
  • Strong organizational skills, Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications and software Master Accounting Software.
