Job Description

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Experience in import & export from China will be an advantage
• Experience in using integrated system to process orders is a must (SAP knowledge would be an advantage)
• Required language(s) : Good command of English, Mandarin (As this role is required to liaise with China suppliers), Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation skills and time management skills

• Proactively establishing lines of communication with internal and external vendors.
• Directly manage run-rate purchase orders and be responsible to develop, establish and secure strong relationships with 3rd party vendors.
• Coordinate and manage purchase order issues and to ensure completeness and timeliness of the shipment arrangement to meet customer\'s schedule.
• Act as a contract point between company & vendors for customer complaints, issues, resolve issues related to order, shipment and delivery.
• Provide administrative support to product sourcing team.
• Handle any ad hoc assignment from the superior.
