Client Background: MNC company Industry : Manufacturing Location: Johor Bahru Headcount: 1 Position Title : Commodity Buyer Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM5,000 Responsibilities .Follow purchasing procedures and make new products sourcing independently .Improve supplier\'s performance (quality, cost, delivery and service) .Make material plan and inventory management .Plan/manage the routine raw material orders .Suggest improvements in purchasing and production systems. .Import/Export documents preparation for precise customs declaration and efficient clearance Include invoice, packing list, CO and others. .HS code classification for new production and data maintenance. .Contact and send all necessary documents to the customer and ensure all documents finish before the ship arrive destination port. .Export status daily tracking & tracing. .Coordination with suppliers, service providers, warehouse team and production team. .Duties and other forwarder billing verification prepare payment & expense claim accordingly. .AX system sale order packing slip Requirement .Min 2 years working experience in a factory or trading company. .Knowledge of HS codes and import/export operations. .Knowledge of supply markets in steel & construction industry. .Strong negotiation and vendor management skills .Planning & purchasing skills .Good communication skills, enthusiasm and diligence in working with various group of people.
