1. Have to inform superior to request permission to stop the production process if found that the product not confirm to the requirement. 2. To perform and verify all quality system on the all QMS & EMS Requirement. 3. To perform and verify all quality system and quality product follow customer Requirement. 4. To perform and verify all calibration follow procedure & requirement. 5. To liase with all the customers on their complaint and provide the quality feedback to supplier and customer. 6. To report immediate superior on the daily and system status. 7. To conduct any quality system discussion or meeting with respective dept. 8. To provide general supervision on the quality system and procedure to the subordinates. 9. To ensure and work follow to Environmental, safety and health measures and/ or procedure. 10. To perform in line patrol on the quality aspect and application of the "7S" concept. 11. To study and recommend solution on product quality problem. Quality control on the outgoing or incoming product are to maintained or improved at all time by effective controlling, consistent follow up on the quality improvement programmes. 12. To carry out all other duties as and when assigned by his / her immediate superior.
