Qa Assistant
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Prepare sample sheet as per customer request.
2) Request sample from supplier for production.
3) Support production to prepare sample.
4) Check sample before deliver to customer.
5) Arrange delivery or personally submit sample to customer.
6) Follow up sample with customer.
7) Prepare instruction form for master card.
8) Prepare sample requisition form to request sample for approval.
9) Submit sample and approval data (FAI document) to customer.
10) Support artwork team to do master card.
11) Check and approve master card.
12) Support logistic/delivery to send the urgent and small quantity goods.
13) Collect and replace reject part from supplier.
14) Attend customer and supplier meeting.
15) Attend training organized by customer.
16) Join customer visit at factory.
17) Do lab test (compression, grammage and bursting test).
18) Collect urgent goods from supplier.
19) Rework at customer side.
20) Reply customer in the WhatsApp group.
REPORTING TO
General Manager
COMPETENCY LEVEL:
1)
Education
: Min. Diploma in Business Management / Engineering or its equivalent.2)
Training
: Provide training on customers' product knowledge and communication skills.3)
Skill
: Possess marketing and communication skills, able to handle customer needs and complaints.4)
Experience
: 1-2 years in related field. Fresh graduate is also encouraged.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
