Job Description

1. Inspect incoming materials and products to ensure they meet job specification.

2. Ensure efficiency of procedures and quality plan for consistent practices and quality products with cost effectiveness.

3. Continuous review and improvement of the quality management system and related documents to improve the quality of operations, products and services.

4. Preparation of relevant monthly quality reports and other relevant documents for data analysis towards the improvement of the company's quality system, and the development of continuous improvement projects.

5. Conduct relevant QA/QC training and guidance of subordinates and related employees to ensure quality standards meet customer expectations.

6. Counsel and disciplining subordinates who fail to perform duties or violate company policy.

7. Cooperate and communicate among QA/QC team members and other departments.

8. Prepare and submit monthly production performances reports to top management.

9. Achieves operational quality assurance objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews.

10. Develop a quality assurance plan by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures and monitoring inventory.

11. Assist provide quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions and re-validations.

12. Get answers and information regarding customers or internal problems with the product quality or performance by investigating all parts of the production process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
