1. Assist QA Department Head in QA operation monitoring & ensure QA daily work
flow are smooth.

2. Lead and coordinate on material, process and part quality control and improvement. liase with internal and external on problem solving and root cause analysis with regards to quality issue or improvement required.

3. Oversee incoming part inspection system and liase with supplier on problem
solving and root cause analysis with regards to quality issue.

4. Carry out supplier audit regularly to ensure purchase material in accordance to
specification or established quality plan.

5. To liaise with customer on quality and related issue as well as to initiate and
follow up on effective corrective and preventive action for customer.

6. To be actively involve in the investigation and troubleshooting activities in
relation to process and product non-conformity.

7. To be actively involve in process and product development activities to ensure
continual improvement.

8. Understand and involve in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS) activities.

9. Participate on the periodical QESH Internal Auditing and provide recommendations for improvement based on audit findings.

10. Conduct SOP review assessment to ensure compliance towards related
regulation, ISO standards and company policies when required.

11. Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedure, WI and other document in operation.

12. Participate on ESHMP program to ensure it sucessfully implemented.

13. Explain company quality system & QA functions to customer during customer audit & visit, reply opportunity of improvement & nonconformance item highlight during audit.

14. To ensure new implementation / activities for improvement & interest of the company are implementing accordingly, eg: LEAN, 6S program, quality campaign & improvement activities.

15. Any other duties as assigned by HOD.
