Job Title: QA Engineer - Intelligent Cloud Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

QA Engineer

to join the Lenovo Intelligent Cloud product team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, strong scripting skills (preferably in Python), and a passion for delivering high-quality software. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of Lenovo's cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Ownership

Take full responsibility for end-to-end quality assurance of Lenovo Intelligent Cloud products. Drive testing activities throughout the product lifecycle to ensure high reliability and user satisfaction.

Requirement & Design Review

Participate in product requirement and architecture review meetings. Evaluate the

testability

and

rationality

of business requirements and system designs.

Test Design & Execution

Independently design thorough and effective test cases based on PRDs and technical specifications. Build test environments, prepare test data, and execute manual/automated test cycles. Identify, track, and document bugs; work closely with developers to analyze root causes and validate fixes.

Automation & Scripting

Write

Python scripts

for test automation and productivity enhancement. Utilize mainstream open-source automation and performance testing tools and frameworks.

Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Provide input on tools, test strategies, and frameworks to improve QA efficiency and coverage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in QA and/or software development in client/server or cloud systems. Familiarity with software testing fundamentals, test design methodologies, and defect life cycle. Skilled in: Manual testing Automation frameworks Python scripting Experience with tools like Selenium, Pytest, JMeter, Postman, or similar. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-driven and able to proactively identify risks and quality gaps.

Bonus:

Experience in

generative AI testing

or development is highly desirable.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
