About the Company

Our client is a leading plastic injection moulding company based in Cheras Jaya, Balakong, specialising in high-quality medical components. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance of processes and products with internal procedures and customer requirements Conduct periodic audits, review process failures, and drive continuous process improvements Prepare and present monthly departmental and company reports Manage customer feedback, complaints, and coordinate CAPA follow-up Prepare 8D reports and liaise with customers on complaint resolutions Support new product validation from development to mass production, including risk assessments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ISO documentation and auditing practices Ability to interpret part drawings Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus Proficient in using computers
