What will you do

• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
• Recording and reporting quality data
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Identify training needs and coordinate training interventions to meet quality standards
• Coordinate and support on-site internal and external audits
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Monitor risk management activities
• Responsible for document management systems
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality requirements
• Plan, conduct and monitor microbial testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
• Assist the production team in root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive actions

Education Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Life Science or equivalent What you\'ll need to succeed

• Qualification in Science related field. Microbiology laboratory experience will be an added advantage.
• High level competency in Quality Management Systems ideally within a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, food or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Excellent research and analytical thinking. Experience in use of problem solving tools such as A3, fishbone, etc...
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• High level of attention to detail, meticulous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office suite. SAP and MasterControl use would be highly desirable.
