Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
Recording and reporting quality data
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Identify training needs and coordinate training interventions to meet quality standards
Coordinate and support on-site internal and external audits
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
Monitor risk management activities
Responsible for document management systems
Assure ongoing compliance with quality requirements
Plan, conduct and monitor microbial testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Assist the production team in root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive actions

Education Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Life Science or equivalent What you\'ll need to succeed
Qualification in Science related field. Microbiology laboratory experience will be an added advantage.
High level competency in Quality Management Systems ideally within a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, food or regulated manufacturing industry.
Excellent research and analytical thinking. Experience in use of problem solving tools such as A3, fishbone, etc...
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
High level of attention to detail, meticulous.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office suite. SAP and MasterControl use would be highly desirable.
