Job Description

Responsible conduct laboratory testing on all the in-coming raw material. Carry out re-sampling and retest procedure on the raw materials with abnormal result and report to the QA manager immediately.

Issue the non-conformance report to purchasing department and warehouse department according to the order from QA manager.

Responsible for assisting in the preparation and translation of management system manuals of various departments, also responsible for designing and distributing all the form require by certification such as FQC, ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP.

Responsible for the review and submission of raw material and finished product test reports.

Responsible for implementing the laboratory management system and the standard operating procedure.

Responsible to the inspection and testing on in-process product.

Responsible for maintaining the internal audit of ISO and HACCP quality safety management system.

Carry out calibration on the measuring instruments and equipment regularly.

Make various records in accordance with the requirements of the safety management system to ensure the traceability of the quality safety system.

Reception of visitor and personnel from third parties service with related service.

Responsible to contact outsources service for 3rd party commission on calibration, lab testing, pest control etc.
