Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



IQC (Incoming Quality Control):

Inspect raw materials and components from suppliers.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):

Monitor quality during the manufacturing/fabrication process.

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control):

Perform final checks before products are shipped to customers.

Precision Measurement:

Operate and maintain advanced measuring equipment including:

CMM

(Coordinate Measuring Machine)

, Profile Projectors, Height Gauges, Quick Vision

systems and manual measuring tools.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools.

Process Improvement:

Identify defects and work with the production team to resolve quality issues and prevent delays in the delivery schedule.

Academic Qualifications & Experience



Education:

SPM level or higher.

Experience:

Minimum of

1 year

of working experience specifically in a

QA/QC environment

.

Industry Knowledge:

Prior experience or knowledge in

machining fabrication products

is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies



Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with CMM, Profile Projectors, and various manual precision gauges.

Computer Literacy:

Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Excel and Word) for reporting.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to spot minute defects and ensure all products strictly adhere to technical drawings and blueprints.

Time Management:

Ability to manage daily job arrangements effectively to ensure no delays in the production schedule.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
