\xe2\xa6\x81 Conduct physical and chemical and/or microbiological testing of incoming materials, in-process and/or finished products in accordance with the established SOPs and WI.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure all QA findings and results are recorded in respective forms and checklists.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure that the raw materials and finished products quality is within the specifications.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Communicate immediately with superior on any FSQ related matters and issues/abnormality observed during testing.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Maintain the cleanliness in the laboratories by housekeeping or 5S.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Calibrate the laboratory measuring equipment in the pre-determined frequency.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Prepare standard test solutions and reagents for testing.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Prepare samples for pre-shipment, regulatory requirements, and external testing.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure the retained samples are kept in accordance with the requirement.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Assist in providing training to new QA staff.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Prepare daily reports, maintain record keeping and inventory for laboratory supplies.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Perform other tasks and assignment as directed by superior from time to time.Qualifications and skills\xe2\xa6\x81 Candidate must be at least SPM (Science Stream), STPM, Diploma, Certificate or equivalent.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in QA, experience in food manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Initiative and self- motivated.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Quality Control/ Assurance or equivalent.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Able to work in rotating shift and on weekends - Day and Night shift
