Mindvalley is extending opportunities to QA Lead who will work closely with developers and project teams to define requirements and test functionality. The Role

Product & Engineering works toward delivering a powerful yet flexible technology platform keeping the needs of the end customer in mind. Our development teams ensure that all the codes are delivered with the highest quality. Product managers are home to technical experts who work together to design and build our software and product roadmap, whereas our QA team is constantly aimed at enhancing the quality of our platform delivery through test methodologies for implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary solutions to build & develop an infrastructure for testing Mindvalley products, including but not limited to web/mobile/ deviceS
• Participating in meetings with other members of the development team to discuss project status and other relevant topics
• Documenting all known defects in a database or tracking system for future reference
• Reviewing test results to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and meet the standards of the company or client
• Assisting in documenting the software development process by creating project plans, schedules, and task lists
• Coordinating with the development team to identify any potential issues in the design or development process that may impact the quality of the final product
• Performing testing activities such as installing new software or updating existing software to ensure that it performs as expected
• Communicating with other departments within an organization to ensure that they are aware of changes to the software being developed

• 4+ years of relevant QA experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, PHP, Java or Javascript
• Experience with web, API, integrations and mobile testing both manual and automation
• Preferred experience in performance testing and benchmarking using tools JMeter, Locusts, LoadRunner or similar
• Good to have knowledge of tools including Git, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Kubernetes
• Good knowledge and understanding of CI/CD cycles and integration test automation with CI/CD
• The ability to write and execute test plans
• An understanding of software development/testing life cycle methodologies and specially with Agile/SCRUM model
• Having experience with Load-Testing is a good plus
