Using a combination of these we are building a hybrid workforce to deliver services at scale and with high quality. : Manage overall quality assurance of software development projects, including planning and executing test cycles, ensuring that features are adequately tested and released with minimal defects Develop and implement quality standards, documentation processes, and procedures to ensure quality standards are met Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage Ensure that the QA team is adequately staffed, trained, and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks effectively Manage day-to-day activities of the QA team, including task allocation, coaching, developing, and setting performance expectations Monitor the progress of QA activities and report the status of testing progress, test results, and defects to management and other stakeholders Continuously review and revise the quality process, ensuring that it reflects current best practices and industry standards Manage the automation testing efforts of the team, ensuring that automated tests are planned, designed and executed to deliver the best quality output. Qualification: Programming: C# .Net stack Service Development: RESTful services, Microservices, ASP.Net Core Azure: Compute, Storage and PaaS services (Azure Kubernetes Service, Service Bus, Azure API Management etc.) Data: SQL Server, Azure SQL, Entity Framework Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in leading quality assurance team is required Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, including experience as a QA Manager in web application development projects Strong experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution, including experience in estimation and planning of the QA efforts. Experience with automation testing tools, such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
