Assist in monitoring product quality and food safety throughout the production process.
Check and record production parameters to ensure compliance with company standards.
Support QA officers in maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reports.
Report any quality issues or deviations promptly to the QA Supervisor.
Participate in internal quality inspections and assist in corrective actions.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards in the production area.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
Candidates with QA/QC experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene practices.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures accurately.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
