Requirements

• Qualification: At least Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Microbiology or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 year(s) of relevant experience.
• QAQC related knowledge: Experience and knowledge in HACCP, ISO, GMP, MESTI, and HALAL.
• Technical Skills: Ability to handle lab equipment as moisture balance, pH meter, refractometer, lamina flow will be an added advantage
• Multi-tasking Ability: Able to plan, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player: Willing to work as a team and able to work under tight pressure to meet deadlines.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a good analytical mind and good interpersonal skills.
• Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English.

Transport: Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.Responsibilities

• QA & QC activities within the company: Prepare, establish and monitor of documented quality system, procedures and implement internal quality audit activities in the Company. Able to organize quality training programmed ensure company quality objectives are meet satisfactorily.
• Finished Products Evaluation: Partner with R&D personnels to pre-screen and conduct appropriate in-house chemical, sensory and other evaluation on finished products to ensure compliance to specifications before release products to customers.
• Stability Monitoring: Conduct long-term in-house chemical, sensory and other evaluation on finished products to ensure compliance with specification for every batch.
• Prototypes Sample Preparation: Prepare prototype samples for customer evaluation and arrange retain sample of prototype for future evaluation.
• Finished Products Monitoring: Liaise with 3rd party laboratory to carry out lab test to ensure product meeting specification before release, prepare relevant documents like product specification, MSDS, monitor stability test as per schedule, keep a record of the retain sample of the finished product.
• GMP Audit: Responsible to audit all the appointed 3rd party GMP annually to ensure the GMP compliance to food safety quality standards like MESTI, GMP, HACCP, ISO, HALAL. If necessary, responsible in arranging customer for 3rd party GMP audit.
• Quality Complaint Handling: Handle internal and external customers\' complaints and work closely with other departments involved to analyse the root cause and provide corrective actions.
• Maintain Calibration Record. Ensure all the testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
• Ad-hoc tasks: To perform any additional tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
