To perform incoming inspection (raw material/ material from subcon), first piece inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection according to defined control plan.
To perform periodic inspection on production lines and factory.
To coordinate with other department(s) on quality issue, including working on disposition, corrective action and preventive action, and etc.
To ensure that 5S is executed in QC workstation.
To assist in the implementation of quality standards (ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015,ISO 13485 and IATF 16949) and its requirements.
To ensure that the approved samples, first-piece buyoff samples and quality documents/ forms are properly retained.
To accept or reject goods which not comply with standard/accepted criteria.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management/supervisor.
Qualification/ Requirement:
Minimum SPM or 2 years of working experience in related field.
Able to handle measuring equipment like smart scope, actuation force tester, ohm tester, lux tester and etc.
