Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches. Job Responsibilities You will be involved extensively and be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle and support for all work transitioned from Group (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes). With a primary role in QA & release management, you will be responsible for leading delivery excellence across the delivery lifecycle and driving continuous quality improvements. Other responsibilities include: Lead the development and implementation of Quality Engineering best practices Define and enforce Quality controls in all SDLC phases -from requirements gathering to implementation. Develop and enforce a standard process for testing all releases that includes automation into the software build, test, and release process Defines quality metrics, gathers, and analyses data and implements process improvements based on analysis results. Performing ongoing assessments of QA capabilities vs organizational gaps presenting pilots, POCs, and implementation plans of the same Work with stakeholders to track and transform QA, maintaining its agility and flexibility Participate in the selection and/or design of new tools for automation. Report, classify, and perform trend analysis on quality metrics. Articulate risk areas and key accomplishments on an ongoing basis Provide analysis and support to continuous improvement of QA methodologies and processes to ensure delivery of predictable, high-quality product releases Job Requirements The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in implementing and operating large-scale and complex mission-critical solutions: At least 10 years\' experience in Banking, Consulting, IT services with proven track record. Extensive experience with various development frameworks, methodologies, and tools within area of expertise. Extensive experience working in an Agile or SAFe environment, preferably within banking / retail banking. Ability to provide technical leadership on project. Ability to understand tooling and automation needs at an enterprise level Strong Quality assurance background Experience in implementing Lean practices with Automation at various phases of SDLC Preferred Experience Strong record of deliveries in Digital Banking solution. Good understanding on technology stacks and architecture layers. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery (SCRUM). Have managed team size between 15 and 40.
