Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC Technician to work with our growing team in the production facility to produce a range of aquaculture-based products. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To do site sampling, handling samples, and conducting laboratory analysis.
• To update results according to the time frame given.
• Issue immediate notification to operation if any abnormality and non-compliance.
• Coordinate the activities of quality control.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess at least a Higher Certificate/Diploma in Chemical Science/ Agriculture / Aquaculture / Biology / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Food Technology / Quality Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in handling instrumentation, calibration, and laboratory analysis.
• Experience in maintenance and calibration is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn Plan Operation & Process.
• Have general knowledge in Safety & Health.
• Good interpersonal skills & able to work in a team.
• Able to work on shift hours/weekends required according to the duty roster schedule.
• Possess own transport.
• Work location will be at Production Plant at Bestari Jaya, Kuala Selangor.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Soft skill: Data entry and Report, Inventory management
• Root Cause Analysis and Work Order for any abnormal & issue that arises during operation.
• Lead Shift QA Hand Over and Daily Tool Box meeting
