Responsibilities
- Controlling the machine by positioning the item on the coordinate measuring machine ( CMM), running the software and then taking note of the measured items for use in reports.
-Ensuring the machinery clean in order to obtain accurate measurement.
-Performing measurement base on process management plan ( PMP).
-Preparing report -CMM data.
-Performing dimension checking 100% as per customer blueprint.
-Preparing first article inspection report.
-Preparing dimension report as per customer requirement.
-Submitting report to customer via online if any.
-Performing measurement & report for machine part if any repairing process takes place.
-Producing measurement data to tooling personal after new setting completed if any.
-Follow the company environment policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
