To prepare quality documents according to a regulation requirement 4. To conduct customer complaint investigations and prepare reports accordingly 5. To assists in external and internal audits. 6. To conduct self-inspection and ensure operations are compliant with all relevant regulatory, customer, legislative, and hygiene requirements. 7. Conduct training for staff on hygiene & cleanliness. 8. Manage pest control issues. 9. Assist to report on-premise technical issues that give hygiene & cleanliness risk. 10. To manage water quality monitoring 11. To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned & directed by QAQC Manager as and when necessary. Requirements: 1. Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Halal Management 2. Candidate with HALAL Executive Certificate is an advantage. 3. Knowledge and relevant experience in managing food safety systems such as GMP/GHP, HACCP, ISO22000, and Halal compliance. 4. Product safety knowledge and auditing experience in the specific product categories 5. Good writing & communication & computer literate skills 6. Fresh graduate or with working experience in the related field 7. Able to work independently.
